me idea po ba kayo if ever nawala ung OR of BST cert kung anong dapat gawin/ alternative action? kac po nawala ung OR ng kapatid ko and neither the school or the PNTI issued another OR or kahit Certficate man lang na nagpapatunay na nakabayad sya. Seaman Book is an identity book which is issued to the candidates who have stcw certificates. It is used when you board the ship, that is why it is known as seaman identity book.

Hello po, college graduate computer engineering ang husband ko. Pero we decided n sumubok magwork as seaman since walang suerte sa landbase posible po ba or malaki ba ang chance anong mga requirements ang necessary.
